Role - Project Lead (Concept, prototype, DFM and Mass Production)
We worked with Retail In-Motion and American Airlines to provide a smartphone case including a credit card reader for in-air transactions. The device is equipped for each American Airlines crew member. We worked on the usability and workflow of the device on and off the aircraft to create a successful product.
